The GTB Booklet is given to the global creative agency’s new starters with the important job of outlining the company’s culture and the range of opportunities and perks it offers. It needed to be informative yet beautifully presented with a strong GTB look and feel.

Taking inspiration from the coloured bars that form the pillar of the group’s identity, I was able to make the GTB brand easily recognisable without distracting from the content. It felt natural to apply the bars to different shapes, layouts and patterns to create a cohesive yet impactful range of imagery.
